Made of Italy and Optima Partners: Individual Tax Returns

In July, Made of Italy held a workshop for Italian immigrants on navigating individual tax returns in Australia. As a proud sponsor of Made of Italy, Optima Partners Manager Jessica D’Ammone presented at this workshop.

D’Ammone believes that workshops such as these are a terrific opportunity to integrate people of diverse cultures into Australian society.
“Many immigrants arriving in Perth nowadays are highly skilled, with years of experience in trades or professional fields,” she says.
“Often, they just need guidance on navigating Australian bureaucracy to open their own businesses and contribute additional value to our society. They can also enrich existing Australian businesses with their knowledge.”

This workshop provided a great opportunity for individual Italian immigrants. Planning is now underway on a similar event for business owners.

Thank you to Made of Italy, Western Australian Museum and ComItEs WA for facilitating this wonderful event!
