Optima Partners has recently introduced a new system to manage ATO correspondence for our registered clients. This system automatically collects all correspondence from the ATO to our clients, regardless if it is sent via email, myGov inbox or another channel. While a lot of specific correspondence is reviewed, there is some correspondence that is automatically distributed.
This system allows us to reduce the risk of manual errors, improve client communication and ensure strict compliance with deadlines and requirements.
As a result, clients may receive duplicates of ATO correspondence in some instances. Unfortunately, we are unable to filter these duplicates and we have no ability to opt clients out of this process. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience, but if you receive any duplications, please delete our email.
