Updates/News

We are aware that some clients have recently been receiving fraudulent emails and phishing attempts from accounts claiming to represent Optima Partners and staff members.

Optima Partners has not been compromised, these phishing attempts have resulted from compromised client email accounts. Optima Partners are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity.  These phishing attempts often occur when your personal details, such as email address or phone number, have been compromised. These scams can easily appear to be sent from legitimate accounts and often request payments or personal information. The fraudulent details can be as simple as one letter different.

Please note that Optima Partners will never change bank accounts without prior warning and clear communication. Additionally, Optima Partners has no intention of changing banks in the foreseeable future.

It is imperative to be diligent when sending and receiving emails and double-check email addresses, contact details and message content to determine if it is legitimate. If you believe an email to be suspicious, do not reply and do not click on any links or attachments. If you are unsure whether an email from an address claiming to be from Optima Partners is legitimate, please contact us by phone to confirm.
